The General Directorate of Civil Aviation in Dhofar Governorate provides the following services:

Air Navigation Department
- The Air Navigation Department provides air navigation services in Dhofar Governorate according to the procedures and responsibilities of air navigation services, specifically:
- Airport approach.
- Tower services.
- Maintenance of communication, navigation, and surveillance systems, ensuring the continuous flow of data.
- Aeronautical information services.
- Preparing reports and coordinating air traffic management, communication, navigation, and surveillance matters with the General Directorate of Air Navigation on a daily basis.
Meteorology Department
- Receiving and implementing procedures and guidelines related to meteorological services.
