PACA organizes two workshops titled as "professional projects Management 1 and 2 " for a number of employees of the Authority in the training center. The main objectives of these kind of workshops are to provide the staff with the knowledge and new concepts that will improve their performance and fine-tune their skills in order to raise the production efficiency and prepare them for the implementation of initiatives  that related to Strategic Plan setted by PACA.

In addition,a training course for a number of air traffic controllers entitled "testers course" is taking place for a week in the new training Center. The course is designed to increase the number of Omani cadres qualified to test and certify new observers as well as work efficiency of the examination league observers. As part of follow-up the workshop and the listed training courses, HE/ Dr. Mohamed bin Nasser Al-Zaabi was on visit today to the new training centre.
