General Authority For Civil Aviation organized in cooperation with White & Case office  a seminar on  (FIDIC) contracts and international arbitration at the headquarters of the Authority  with elite of international lawyers at White & Case  Office  and participation of a number of legal specialists, and engineers in some government sectors, as well as students from Sultan Qaboos University. Where the seminar dealt with a detailed explanation of  (FIDIC) contract​, all the related legal aspects  and other international contracts, as well as the best legal practices in the field of international arbitration.

The seminar also touched on to explain how to choose and negotiate such contracts, as well as their compatibility with the local laws.
