H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Futaisi, Minister of Transport and Communications, Chairman of PACA, chaired the third Council administration meeting for 2015 with the presence of H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Nasser bin Ali Al Zaabi, the CEO of PACA. The meeting was held at the headquarters of PACA on Monday 19^th of October.

 

The meeting discussed the proposed budget for 2016 where the Council briefed on the most important of the proposed budget contents, capital expenditure and operational items.

 

The Council also discussed the overall transition to electronic services of the PACA so as to be compatible with the general requirements for e-government as well as to provide services according to this vision.

 

In addition, the latest developments on granting commercial air transport operator license represented in economic aviation, which is currently underway on the final procedures for the granting of this license to a single operator before the end of this year was also discussed in the meeting.
