Today, the Civil Aviation Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding at its headquarters with the Oman Society for Human Resources Management. The aim is to enhance mutual cooperation in developing human resources, improving their efficiency, and supporting frameworks of mutual understanding in areas of expertise that benefit both parties.

The memorandum was signed by His Excellency Engineer Naif bin Ali Al Abri, President of the Civil Aviation Authority, and Dr. Ghalib bin Saif Al Hosni, Chairman of the Oman Society for Human Resources Management.

His Excellency Engineer, President of the Civil Aviation Authority, pointed out that the Authority seeks through many strategies and initiatives to apply best practices in human resources management, elevate its human resources, and develop its work environment in line with current requirements.
