    1. Service name and description

    2. Service stages brief description 
In accordance with CAA regulation CAR 92 and Approved procedures the process to grant certification, approval or certification is the following:
  1. Pre application 
  2. Formal application
  3. Review the documentation
  4. Audit/Inspection (if required)
  5. Approval, certification, acceptance
    3. Service provider
       Directorate of Flight Safety – Dangerous Goods Department

    4. Service related information
  • The application for approval or exemption shall be submitted before 15 days.
  • The application for training program/instructor approval shall be submitted before 30 days.

          Airlines, cargo agent, freight forwarders, DG training providers, packaging supplier.

    8. Complains and grievance
          Visit flight safety directorate during working hours in the event of non-issuance of the license (or Dangerous Goods section for more information).
