• Application should be made at least 30 days before the expiry date of the current certificate
• ICAO Annex 10 Vol 1 and 4
• CAR 171
• ICAO Doc 8071

5. Service required documents    

• Letter of Request from the service provider's Chief Executive to DGCAR
• Form ANS 171-2 and 171-3
• Applicant’s Organization exposition
• Other Document required by DGCAR

6. Service fees

• Application 350 OMR
• Issuance 3500 OMR 2 year (3 year on request)

7. Workflow (Internally & Externally)

• Submit a complete application with all required documents to ANSD
• Perform on site verification, if required.
• Compliance notification
• Certificate payment
